Club

One club.
One line to every team.

Pitches, approvals, closures: what is decided at the club arrives in the coach app. And the other way round.

How it came aboutPage 2

It began with a question.

We presented the app at two clubs, for several teams at once. The board and the coordinators immediately put one topic on the table: the allocation of pitches.

That ran in Excel. A lot of fiddly work, and the finished schedule went into the WhatsApp group as a picture. Anyone who missed it had to search back through the chat.

Then the groundskeeper joined in, with the question that set everything in motion.

And what if there is a thunderstorm? Can't this be made simpler?

Thunderstorm, heavy snowfall, the council repairing something on the pitch: it often has to happen at short notice. Then the phone chain starts, and somebody never gets reached.

That is how the club add-on came about. Not a new program, but the club layer on top of the app.

What it is not

  • Membership administrationNo admissions, no cancellations.
  • AccountingWho has paid their contribution, you keep checking where you do so today.
  • League administration with the football associationThat continues through the association's official systems, and your coordinators and heads of section stay responsible.

What it is

The view from above.

When several teams of a club use the app, pitches, times and approvals come together here. The arrangements that would otherwise go by phone and five other channels stay in the app your coaches already use.

The heart of itPage 3

The line between club and team.

Not a second program, but the higher-level view in the app your coaches use every day. This is how a home friendly runs through the club:

1Coach

Creates the match

In their app. Until the pitch is confirmed, the team sees nothing yet.

DraftFriendly, Under-15s · Sat. · Pitch request in progress
2Groundskeeper

Checks the pitch

Immediately receives a push notification with pitch, team and date.

3Coordinator

Approves

Next it is the responsible coordinator's turn. Every stage is recorded with name and time.

Gets notified

The confirmation arrives by push. They release the match for their team.

The date is set

Only now does the match appear for players and parents: with availability replies, news and push.

PushNew match: friendly on Saturday

You set up the chain yourselves for each pitch and type of booking. For friendlies it comes with two stages as standard.

And in the other direction.

Pitch closed

The club closes a pitch, and all affected teams immediately get a push notification and news. If the closure is lifted, they hear about that too.

New pitch schedule

When the club publishes a new schedule, every coach gets a proposal for their training times and decides for themselves.

Your structure. Your approvals.

Every club is organised differently. You set up roles, sections and approval chains the way things work for you. Each role sees only their own area.
