Deleted completely are, among other things, login data, contact details, profile photo, private messages, mood check participation, absences, private notes, device assignments and all ratings, attendance records and personal statistics.
Only the team statistics are kept — that is, results and overall figures of a season at team level. After the deletion they no longer relate to any individual and cannot be traced back to you. Your personal statistics are deleted along with the rest.
Processing time: Within one month (Art. 12(3) GDPR). You will receive written confirmation with a deletion record at the account email address stored in the system.
We also delete automatically, without a request: teams without a contract 3 months after the trial, and 4 months after the end of a contract; accounts after 12 months without a login; players 12 months after leaving the team. You will always be notified beforehand. All time limits are set out in section 9 of the privacy policy (in German).
